Design and Approval Process

In the first phase, we create a design plan tailored to your needs and submit your project for your approval. Once the project is approved, we select the materials, prepare a budget, and sign the contract after it is approved. Upon completion of this process, your project is added to our production schedule, and production begins at our factory.

Factory and Production

According to the approved design, all production stages—from the steel frame to insulation, and from fine finishing to final inspection—are carried out in our enclosed factory in accordance with high-quality standards.

Secure Logistics and Shipping

The modules leaving the factory are transported to the site using specialized transport vehicles and crane support to ensure they are safely installed in accordance with the topography of your property.

On-Site Installation

Your modules are installed on the prepared foundation on your lot.

Delivery

The modules are delivered with the electrical and plumbing infrastructure fully operational inside the building. External connections (electricity, water, and sewer connections) are not included in the scope of the project and are the responsibility of the property owner.
